yay! i made patty cakes! they are soo nice too. but my patty cakes support the theory that looks can be deceiving! because..when i took them out of the oven, they looked as though they had been cooked for too long, but i ate one to see how the texture was, and it was like it was touched by an angel..lol..like biting into a fluffy cloud..lol.

so yea, they are very nice and the right texture despite the look on the outside.
